“On September 30, 2016 the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) released a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Millennium Bulk Terminals-Longview export terminal. The Corps is the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) lead agency. The public and agencies are invited to review the document, provide comments, and attend a public hearing/open house. The public comment period is from September 30 -November 29, 2016.”
