“Global wheat production rose 6 percent in 2011. Wheat production increased in Canada, the United Kingdom, Spain, Romania, Turkey, Morocco, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, China, India, and Australia. Production declined in the United States, France, Germany, Iran, and Argentina.”
