House Bill 235: Revise trespass laws
The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a Prospectus
soliciting proposals for the award of one (1) Concession Contract for Lodging,
Food & Beverage, Retail and Other Visitor Services within Glacier National
Park on December 14, 2012. The Prospectus explains the business opportunities
and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession
Contract. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR, Part 51, has determined that the
existing concessioner is not a preferred offeror for the Contract.
