FIELDS,
YARDS, AND ROADWAYS.
ALSO,
STANDING WATER MAY CARVE NEW CHANNELS IN THE SNOW AND ICE
ON
THE GROUND...HEIGHTENING THE FLOOD RISK FOR LOW-LYING ROADS AND
PROPERTIES...INCLUDING
GARAGES...OUTBUILDINGS...AND BASEMENTS.“
